Queen Cottage
The Queen Cottage sits slightly apart from the other buildings, and has a covered verandah facing the western sunset. Sleep in the comfort of a luxury queen bed; enjoy a cup of tea in bed in the morning. While our compound (that's what they called a collection of separate buildings on Grand Designs recently) of buildings hark back to the old days of an "Outhouse", our modern version has a flushing toilet, shower and laundry. We provide dressing gowns for our guests to visit the Outhouse warm and if necessary an umbrella - 3 metres from the end of the verandah along a pebble path.

Twin Single Cabin
The Twin Single Cabin offers a comfortable stay for two adults who are happy to share a room, or older children who enjoy their own space. Twin single beds and a double wardrobe provide plenty of room to spread out. The cabin is nestled immediately adjacent to the Shed, on one end of the north facing deck. It is a short covered walk to the Outhouse bathroom.

The Shed
Booking the accommodation of your choice - Queen Cottage, Twin Cabin, or both, gives you exclusive use of the open-plan living and dining shed. The Shed is undergoing a complete makeover, in time for the Summer of 2025. Building works are now largely complete - just the floor finish to go and we will be putting it back together. The vintage kitchen has been reinstated and the claw foot bath outside the window planted up as a landscape feature. Fully insulated and with a brand new heat pump, the Shed will be a great place to relax, with decks either side for your choice of bush or sea views.
